St. Davids roundabout delayed, not cancelled, says Niagara-on-the-Lake mayor

The mayor says the Niagara Region has advised the town that the St. Davids roundabout was deferred in its capital budget to prioritize other infrastructure investments: "The project has not been cancelled."
