Dear editor:

Regarding the idea of converting the old hospital into yet another community hub, why not convert the hospital into a showcase of all of Canada, where each province and territory would display its cultural history, attractions, etc?

It could be called “Canada House.”

The town could lease the space to each province/territory — this would generate income.

Tourists would get a taste of Canada. The federal government would assist financially.

In NOTL, we need to think about some new tourist attractions to generate income for the town.
