Dear editor:

I read the article regarding the three possible locations of the rainbow crosswalk.

I read further that a rainbow garden would not be possible until next year.

I object to the fact that Niagara-on-the-Lake has to have a rainbow crosswalk in the first place, but it’s inevitable.

The town has approved rainbow benches also. Now, a rainbow garden is also being considered.

I was under the impression from previous articles it was going to be one or the other, ie. benches or garden and a survey ought to have been sent out regarding the preferences of these two items.

There seems to be no limit to the expectations of the town’s diversity committee.
