Dear editor:

Kip Voege’s letter, “Nothing wrong with existing town gateway” published in the Feb. 10 edition of The Lake Report is the most common sense I’ve seen for quite some time.

You’re absolutely right, Kip.

The current well-balanced design suits the purpose perfectly and does not intrude on the surrounding greenspace.

Let’s get on with something else that actually needs fixing.
