These cold winter months can be difficult to keep motivated on our fitness but the old saying goes summer bodies are made in the winter. The cold trek out to the gym can be daunting so here is a workout you can fit in anywhere, anytime.
Remember – a little bit of movement every day is key, it is what we do daily that is important.
5 exercises in 5 minutes
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds then take a 30 second break before moving on to the next exercise.
Start at the next exercise on the next minute mark.
Do this series 1-3x depending how much time you have and what your fitness level is.
1. Squat into Shoulder Press
2. Side Lunge into Lateral Raise
3. Single Leg Deadlift
4. Renegade Row
