Dozens of placard-waving Niagara-on-the-Lake residents, upset about what they see as inappropriate developments being approved by town council, picketed, chanted and vented their anger outside town hall on Tuesday.

The demonstration of residents’ anger was led by Karen Taylor-Jones.

The crowd gathered at 4:30 p.m., prior to councillors arriving for their regularly scheduled evening council meeting.
