Letter: Stay out of people’s private business
Letter to the editor. FILE

Dear editor:

So now we have some fringe “anti-racist” groups affecting the governance of Niagara, but with no skin in the game, only trouble-making.

Here’s my entitled response:

I drive a Corvette Stingray made south of the border, and I own a bottle of Trump vodka with an original signature that everyone ought to recognize by now, hand-written on the side of the bottle by the president of the United States of America. My neighbours drive Audis and Mercedes Benz cars.

My skin colour is a pale pinky colour during the cloudy winter months and light brown tan in the summer time. I am an immigrant from eastern Europe and my family was intimately affected by the Nazi regime during the last world war.

Whose business is it what I possess in my home, and why does anybody care if I drink orange juice from Florida?

Why do these groups (including the media, by the way) feel they have authority to be involved in my private life?

Check these group websites promoting hatred, and violence against the police.

Regional Chair Bob Gale (also an ex-policeman) should never have resigned over this kind of crap that continues to permeate through our brainwashed habitat.

A best-selling, original signed book of historical significance that these twits probably never read or understood the origins or, more importantly, the future relevance of its existence, is now making headlines because it’s somehow ok to claim moral superiority over one fat white guy.

Let’s stay focused on amalgamation of one kind or another folks, and maybe go to the public (not private) library and read some intriguing books once in a while.
