A single-vehicle crash in Niagara-on-the-Lake on Saturday left one woman dead and a man injured.

The accident occurred on York Road between Concession 1 Road and Concession 2 Road at around 10:30 p.m.

Niagara Regional Police said the vehicle was rolled over when officers arrived. An adult female was pronounced dead at the scene. An adult male was extricated from the vehicle by the NOTL firefighters and transported to a local hospital. Police said he was listed in “serious condition.”
