Ontario Provincial Police have identified the bodies of two St. Catharines residents in a double homicide investigation.

The bodies were found in Highlands East Township in the area of Glamor Lake Rd. on January 21.

The deceased have been identified as 35-year-old Deidra Ann Smith and 34-year-old Ghislain (Justin) Robichaud, both of St. Catharines.

The Haliburton Highlands Crime Unit continues to investigate and said further information will be released when it becomes available.   

The OPP has established a phone tip line for this investigation.
