A woman was arrested in Niagara Falls Tuesday after an extensive investigation by Niagara police and the Niagara Region Ontario Disability Support Program.
Diana Nottingham is charged with allegedly defrauding ODSP for an estimated $153,026.18, according to a police news release.
Notthingham faces the alleged offences of fraud over $5,000 and laundering proceeds of crime.
The investigation was launched July 25, 2018.
Nottingham's next court appearance is Feb. 19 at the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse in St. Catharines via video.
