Niagara Parks seeking bands for Coca-Cola Concert Series

Niagara Parks is taking applications from Ontario-based bands looking to be part of its Coca-Cola Concert Series, which runs Monday to Friday for the months of August and July.

Shows take place at Queen Victoria Park from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., followed by a fireworks display over Niagara Falls.

Interested acts can apply at, niagaraparks.com until March 7. Each applicant will be contacted by Niagara Parks after successful performance groups are selected.

The 2017 series saw performances by Hollerado, Kasador, The Pub Jugs, Wednesday’s Engine, The Ollivanders, Figure Four, The Athertones, The Salida Project, IN2U, Valley, The Madhatters, Blackdog Ballroom, Off the Record, Back in the Daze, Gabrielle Goulet, Fear the Worst, The Argues, Brass Monkey, Avenue Inn, Alx Veliz, The Deal, Getting Strange, Charlotte and the Dirty Cowboys, Jason Maxwell, Eric Ethridge, Under the Influence, Slick Brothers & One Slick Sister, The House of David Gang, The Moonlighters, Jessica Mitchell, Steve Burnside, Ashlynne Vince, Vinyl Flux, The Razorbax, Michelle Treacy, The Hosts, Caribbean Festival Entertainment, The Remnants, The Max Hillier Band, Ascot Royals, Groovy Food, To The Trees, Ashlynne Vince, Sonic Suede, Le Groupe Swing, The Associates, Chelsea Crites, Paul Reddick, and Beth Moore.
