Spectacular sunset for Scottish festivities in ‘Chautauqua-by-the-Lake’

Ryerson Park was slowly painted plaid Saturday night, as the Piping Down the Sun celebration drew a crowd of about 150 people, many dressed in tartan kilts and Celtic dresses.
