Niagara Regional Police say officers were called into a home in the area of Wall Road and Four Mile Creek Road on Dec. 19 at around 11:20 p.m. following a report of a break-and-enter.

Further investigation led to information of the sexual assault of a female under the age of 15, police say.

“Thank you to those in our community for coming together in care and compassion. Let us continue to look out for one another.”
