Police seek suspects in Grimsby armed robbery

Niagara Regional Police are looking to identify two men who involved in an armed robbery at Scotia Bank located at 150 Main St. East in Grimsby.

The alleged robbery occured Saturday, July 14 at around 3:49 p.m. Police said the two male suspects “entered the bank, presented a firearm and immediately rushed the customer service counter,” obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the area in a black SUV.

One suspect is a black male in his late twenties, around six feet, with a thin build. He was wearing a black hooded sweater, black baseball hat, grey pants, and black shoes and produced a black semi-automatic handgun.
 
The other suspect is a light-skinned black male, also in his mid twenties, about five-foot-ten. He was wearing a black toque, had cream coloured bandana covering his face, a yellow and orange reflective construction shirt, black pants and dark shoes.
