Two St. Catharines residents were arrested Friday after police observed them violating their court imposed bail conditions, which stemmed from a drug investigation in February.
Police arrested the pair at about 3:25 p.m. and located and seized $2,190 worth of fentanyl powder and $535.
Charged are Robert Simpson, 35, and Cassandra Fullerton, 22.
Simpson is charged with the alleged offences of possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000 and three counts of failure to comply with recognizance.
Fullerton is charged with failing to comply with recognizance.
Both were held in custody pending bail hearings.
