Niagara Regional Police have issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant in connection to an assault that occurred in hotel room in Niagara Falls on Feb. 25.
As a result of the incident, 22-year-old Malik Desir of Montreal is facing the alleged charges of: aggravated assault; robbery; human trafficking; material benefit from sexual services; withholding/destroying documents; and advertising sexual services.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Desir is asked to report it to police by calling 9-1-1, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, or Niagara Regional Police at 905-688-4111.
Police sad two others have been arrested in connection with this investigation.
Dave Guillaume, 18, Jamal Desir, 20, both of Quebec are charged with the alleged offences of: aggravated assault, robbery, human trafficking, material benefit from sexual services, withholding/destroying documents, advertising sexual services.
Both Jamal Desir and Guillaume were held in custody following a bail hearing.
