The Lake Report is doing a historical piece about the resort just north of Queenston that used to be known as Shalamar Lake. 

We have been able to find out a lot about the early days and have spoken to the general manager of Vine Ridge, the property’s latest occupant.

What’s missing is about 40 years between the original Shalamar and today’s Vine Ridge. 

Do you know anyone who worked at Shalamar at any time in the period from about 1975 to 2010? Did you spend time at the resort as a visitor? Were you the owner?
