UPDATE: On Monday, members of the community contacted police in regards to sightings of a missing person, Carol Cunliffe. Police attended the call and located Cunliffe. They would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating her.
ORIGINAL: On Sunday, Niagara Regional Police were called to investigate the welfare of a 70-year-old St. Catharines woman, Carol Cuncliffe, who is reporting missing.
Police say Cunliffe has a thin build and grey wavy hair with a natural white stripe that runs along the side. She has no known scars or tattoos.
She was last seen wearing a dark-blue long-sleeved shirt with white checks on it, dark-grey pants that unzip at the knee to make shorts and black shoes.
Cuncliffe was last seen in the area of the bus terminal in downtown St. Catharines. Police and her family are concerned for her welfare, calling her a high-risk missing person.
