Where do we start when it comes to thanking NOTL’s volunteers? There are so many — thousands, as noted this week by our lord mayor — and each plays an important role in making our town a great place to live, work and play.

There’s our firefighters, our town committee members, our dedicated fundraisers, service clubs and charitable organizations.

There’s people who have stepped up to help during the pandemic we’re facing. Many are unsung and anonymous, but they all make significant contributions to making our town and our world better.

There is no shortage of people to praise during Volunteeer Week. So we offer a massive, heartfelt thank you to everyone out there who has volunteered their time to help shape our town into the vibrant community it is.

Your hard work certainly does not go unnoticed.
