Police are seeking information about reports of gun fire last night in Niagara Falls.

Early Friday morning police responded to the area of Maple St. and Sixth Ave. where witnesses were able to locate evidence corroborating the reports

A police release said officers immediately flooded the area and established a perimeter to secure the scene.

No victims or property damage has been found so far, though the investigation is ongoing.
