A 34-year-old man was arrested Thursday as the result of an investigation into shots fired at a Niagara Falls residence.
The incident occurred at around 10 p.m. on Nov. 24, in the area of 2nd Ave. and Morrison St.Â
No one was physically injured.
A suspect was identified following a lengthy police investigation.
Arrested and charged with the alleged offences of discharging a firearm with reckless intent, unauthorized possession of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle and unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon is Gerald Arthur Prince.
Prince was held in custody and attended a bail hearing on Friday at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse in St. Catharines.
