Police say a man was arrested in Niagara Falls Tuesday after robbing a bank.
At approximately 2 p.m., the suspect entered the CIBC at 6345 Lundy's Lane with his face disguised and approached a teller, demanding cash.Â
Though a weapon was not seen nor was one indicated, the man left the bank with an undisclosed sum of money.
Police located and arrested the man a short distance from the bank and recovered the money and the disguise.
Charged with robbery and disguise with intent is 29-year-old James Fox.
Fox was being held pending a morning bail hearing in St. Catharines on Wednesday.
