Niagara Police arrested a 37-year-old St. Catharines man for voyeurism on Thursday.

Police said in a news release that the man was allegedly secretly recording people “while they were in public.”

Andrew Vincent was also charged with breaking conditions of a probation order.

The accused was held in custody, pending a bail hearing.
