Remembrance Day ceremonies in Niagara for 2017

In case you don’t know where to go to for Remembrance Day this Nov. 11, here is a list of Remembrance Day ceremonies in Niagara:

Niagara Falls — 10:45 a.m. at the Gale Centre, 5152 Thorold Stone Rd. There will also be a vigil at the cenotaph at the bottom of Clifton Hill at 11 a.m.

Niagara-on-the-Lake — 10:45 a.m. at the clock tower cenotaph, followed by a a performance by Music Niagara.

Queentson — 12:45 p.m. at the Queenston cenotaph.

St. Catharines — 10:15 a.m. at City Hall, 50 Church Street. There will be a Remembrance Day service and parade to the cenotaph at Memorial Park. There will also be a service and parade at the Royal Canadian Legion at 10:40 a.m., and another service at the Imperial Veterans Association.

Thorold — 10:30 a.m. at the Memorial Park, 20 Chapel St. S.

Grimbsy — 10:45 a.m. at the Grimsby Museum, 6 Murray Street.

Pelham — 10:45 am at Veterans Park on Regional Road 20.

Port Colborne — 10:45 am. at the H. H. Knoll Path cenotaph. Another ceremony will take place at the Centennial Park cenotaph on Vimy Rd., also at 10:45 a.m.

Wainfleet —10:45 a.m. at the Wainfleet Cenotaph on the corner of Park St. and Sugarloaf St.

Fort Erie — 11 a.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 71.
