UPDATE: Police have arrested a man in connection to a residential break and enter that occurred in the area of Gorham Rd. and Hershey St. in Fort Erie in October, in which six firearms and a quantity of ammunition was stolen during the break and enter.
The weapons stolen were: a black 12-gauge pump action shotgun of an unknown make; black Uzkon 12-gauge magazine pump action shotgun; wooden stock Winchester 30-30 lever action rifle; stainless steel Ruger, .357 caliber revolver; black Norinco .45 caliber semi-automatic hand gun; and a black and silver Norinco .45 caliber semi-automatic hand gun.
The firearms have not been located.
Eighteen-year-old Braedon Tabbert of Fort Erie was arrested and charged on Dec. 21, with the alleged offences of breaking an entering and stealing firearms.
Tabbert was held in custody pending a bail hearing on Dec. 22 at the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse in St. Catharines.

ORIGINAL: Police say a belated break-and-enter call took them to an address on Gorham Rd. near Hazel St. in Fort Erie on Friday, where they learned a quantity of handguns, shotguns and rifles were stolen within the past month.
