Celebrity chef Michael Smith will return to Niagara Falls in May to host the Tastes in Niagara culinary series.

The culinary event series sees iconic chefs create a “one-of-one” tasing menu during a night of menu tasting.

This year’s event will be similar to last year’s and see Smith take over the kitchen at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse + Lounge and include a meet-and-greet photo opportunities with Smith, as well as live music after dinner.

“Tastes in Niagara has taken off since its start last year,” said Chris Dabrowski, Fallsview Events director. “With the success of our last dinner with chef Smith, it was an easy decision to bring him back.”

Dabrowski said last year’s event drew 700 guests.
