Niagara-on-the-Lake Legion Branch 124 rang in the civic holiday with an annual barbecue and live music.

Running from noon onward, guests at the Legion could spend their afternoon and evening enjoying burgers, hot dogs and live music from the Trophy Husbands in support of increased accessibility standards at Branch 124.

Legion president Al Howse told The Lake Report that funds raised will go toward replacing doors that don’t meet current standards, along with other clubhouse renovations and funds for community sponsorships.
