St. Catharines police have arrested three men and are seeking a fourth suspect after seizing more than $21,600 in heroin, cocaine and cannabis and $13,820 in Canadian currency at a Geneva St. apartment on Thursday.

Police said the arrests are the result of an investigation launched in January, into two men they suspected were selling heroin and cocaine in the city.

“During the course of the investigation, police made observations that were consistent with an individual who was operating a drug trafficking operation from their residence and vehicle,” said a NRPS release.

Muttart is charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of Trafficking, production of a controlled substance, possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000 and breaching probation.

Macintrye and Andrews are both charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, production of a controlled substance and possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000.

Police have put out a warrant for the arrest of 26-year-old Christopher Ross of St. Catharines who is facing the alleged charges of three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, production of a controlled substance and possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000.
