If your leaf bags don’t get picked up on their regular collection day this week, don’t worry, they should be picked up by Saturday.

The Niagara Region says curbside leaf and yard waste collection is delayed across the Niagara region this week. They advise residents to leave their leaf and yard waste material at the curb if it was not collected on their regular collection day.

The Region said it is working with a contractor to ensure the delays don’t last multiple days, and that residents should continue to place their leaf and yard waste material at the curb by 7 a.m. on their regular scheduled collection day.
