Police looking for two men who robbed a Niagara Falls Avondale

Niagara Regional Police are looking for information regarding the robbery of an Avondale store located at 7637 Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls.

Police said two male suspects entered the store shortly after 12:30 a.m. Monday. They said one of the men was armed and confronted the clerk, removing a quantity of money from the cash register while the other stole a quantity of merchandise.

They say both men fled westbound on Lundy's Lane on an e-bike.

Police attended the area and were led by a canine unit to a local motel, though the suspects were not located.

One suspect is described as an Indigenous male, 20-30 years of age, approximately 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10, with a pockmarked face. He was wearing black pants and a black jacket, and black toque/balaclava.

The other suspect is described as a white male, also 20-30 years of age, 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10, with long brown hair in a "man bun”. He was wearing dark pants and a dark jacket.
