Police have made an arrest in relation to a Nov. 12 robbery at a St. Catharines Avondale.

On Nov. 19, with the assistance of the public, officers arrested 19-year-old Jack Higgins of St. Catharines.

Higgins was charged with alleged offences of robbery, use of an imitation firearm during commission of offence and wearing a disguise with intent to commit a crime.
