The window display at the Niagara Home Bakery when run by the Albrechtsen family brings back fond memories. There was no comparison to their fine baked goods especially the long Johns, empire cookies, sugar cookies and ginger snaps. They also delivered fresh bread, my favourite being the unsliced high boy which would melt in your mouth.
